For the selection of various metals in scrap steel crushing materials, this assembly line plan is formulated. Firstly, large pieces of garbage, dust, and various light floating materials in the scrap steel material are removed through a drum screen and a wind separator to preliminarily reduce the degree of mixing of scrap steel; Then, the scrap material is subdivided into large, medium, and small particle sizes to facilitate subsequent step-by-step selection; Through three metal sorting lines, iron, non-ferrous metals, and stainless steel are separated from the scrap steel.

This assembly line adopts a chain plate feeder for uniform feeding, which is connected through a conveyor belt; Each functional equipment in the assembly line can be freely increased or decreased according to demand.
